Hotfix installation issue - 8.8.2
Hi Team,
We got a zip "DL-36682.zip" file from INC-B35028 request
While installing Hotfix we are getting below mentioned error message in logs. Also, hotfix getting files in both 8.8.2 & 8.8.3 versions
Error: Error validating DL file: HFIX-B1113 in S3-HF was built for Pega Customer Service 8.8.3 and is not applicable for this system.
Error: Caused by: java.lang.Exception: com.pega.pegarules.pub.PRException: Error validating DL file: HFIX-B1275 in S3-HF was built for Pega Customer Service 8.8.2 and is not applicable for this system.
Double checked versions and files that we configured jump servers. Appreciate your quick response.

So the HFix provided to you is applicable for customer service it seems, hence you're seeing the error. Can you ask Pega if the HFix is applicable to you? If so install it in a screenshare with them so that they can see the issue.
