@ElizaC17025713Hi there, It's working fine for me with a newer Infinity '23 instance:
- Is this only for the row you're trying to select, or also for the other row?
- Did you do a trace to see if there's an exception logged?
- Does the access group on your operator have administrator access (roles)? (maybe deletion is not allowed and therefor the navigation rule shows no results)

@ElizaC17025713Since you're new, there's an option called the tracer that allows you to go through the code / rules that are being executed. But, It's not a tool you would often use if you're just starting out.
Did you perhaps delete rules (a case type rule) in dev studio or have your actions been restricted to App Studio? If the latter is true, maybe this is some bug but it's difficult to pinpoint what without following through with specific actions

@BasRulesMatter! Please stop sending email regarding this. Replies are insufficent and referes to other parts as Dev Studio. I'm trying to prepare for certificate and that's only in app studio.
so please stop replying because it of no help at all :-(

Could you please try, We have one OOTB Activity to delete case type. just pass the casetype class name so that it will delete the all rules and respective case type.
Activity Name: pxDeleteCaseType this Rule available in @baseclass
Note: This activity is very dangerous; if you are doing some trail or learning purpose, you can try. Otherwise, don't try. I mean it will delete the all rules from the respective class.
I hope this will help you,
Thanks,
Ashok
