PEGA OCR component is not able to extract data from image attachment in email having format png, jpeg and tiff.

Hello All,

Pega Email bot with Pega OCR component is working fine and able to extract data from attachments having types pdf and word.

But when we are attaching images having format jped, png and tiff - it is not extracting the text data from them. We have not customized any thing and using all out of box provided by PEGA.

We are trying on PEGA 8.8 version only.

Please Note: We tried without installing ABBYY engine and as well as with ABBYY engine.

Any update will be appreciated.
