How to create generic activity to add case notes

Hi Team,

 

I need to create one generic activity to adding case notes under Case ID, I want to use this activity where ever required.

Could you please tell me how to create this one.

Hi @RaviY230,

     we can use activity AddHistory under any case and send the notes in  Param.HistoryMemo  so that it will be added in history of that case.
