Deligation for mail IDs is not working in production

Emailds delegation working in lower environments.We moved RULE-ACCESS-ROLE-OBJ and SYSTEM-USER-MYRULES and still specific access group users are not able to see the delegate rules.

We did delegation in production for Class rule to specific Access Group,Still users are not able to see.

Please share your inputs on the above

There are much more restrictions for System/Production Level 5.

Can you try putting a test env with Level 5 and then check whether behaviour is the same.

If not, then it's security restriction, if it still works, then something you deployed is not exactly the same as on DEV.
