unable to open Pega product composer for healthcare 87 upgrade guide

Hi Team, We are unable to access the Pega product composer for healthcare 87 upgrade guide. Issue: 'You are not authorized to access this page.' Please suggest. Thanks, Prasenjit Karmakar

I'm not able to find anything related to 8.7.   The new documentation relating to 8.8 can be found on the docs.pega.com site here.
