Unable to open assignee's Data-Admin-Operator-ID record BrokenProcess
Hi,
My Case is moving to broken queue once the order has reached to final stage with the below error message.
Could someone help me, how to progress the case further and cause of the issue.

Please check the routing configuration for this assignment.
Is that operator exist in system. ?
Please provide configuration detail to solve this issue.
