Error : "Unable to open assignee's Data-Admin-Operator-ID record [email protected]".
Hi I am new to Pega, I have created Cases, Stages and Process steps for an application. while run through the entire process to verify the case behaviour, I have encountered the Error : "Unable to open assignee's Data-Admin-Operator-ID record [email protected]".
All the process steps which are created as Approve/Reject are throwing an error instead of giving a pop-up for approval.
Please help me to get me out of this issue.

This is a bug in the instance.
Do the below to fix this issue -
- Open the Work Group Instance "default@TGB. (Navigation: Designer Studio - Records - Organization - Work Group)
- Check the value for "Manager" field. It should be [email protected] and error symbol may be shown against it.
- Change the "Manager" value to "admin@TGB".

Hi,
I think your flow is trying to root a task to a WorkBasket but the rooting parameter is [email protected] and this is a user having a WorkList, not a WorkBasket.

Hello!
The user communicated to the the PSC moderators (via a private message) that this issue was observed in the exercise system while trying out an example. The issue was not replicated on the personal edition system.
The user also communicated that he would post the resolution after reviewing the exercise system again!

how to login to Workgroup instance, i tried the generic password and it wont let me in.

You do not login to a workgroup. You only login as a member of a workgroup. If you are using a Pega Academy exercise system, the default password is rules.
