Unable to open assignee's Data-Admin-Operator-ID record 0

I wanted to route to a specific operator from a decision table so i have called it in custom>Worklist>ToDecisonTable.

But im getting the error "Unable to open assignee's Data-Admin-Operator-ID record 0" for manager portal.Can anyone explain why its not routed.

It seems from decision table properly the output value is not coming (Opeartor-ID), please trace and check once from decision table what output you are getting (OR) please provide screenshot of decision table we can review and try to provide the valid solution.
