Child case creation from Add Work menu in parent case
Hello,
We have just noticed that child case can be created from "Add Work" menu in the parent case work flow, at any stage. This violates our business requirements and we need to disable this OOTB functionality but can't find where this setting is. Can someone please tell me where to configure this, and whether this is enabled by default? None of my team seems to have enabled this explicitly.
