Child Case Creation

Hi,

I have a Scenario to create a child case My class structure is as follows :

Carter-CharterPOC-Work
Carter-CharterPOC-Work-OR ----> OR-1
Carter-CharterPOC-Work- CR

1) when i am in OR -1 Case on button Click i need to create the CR -1 as the child case.

any direction on how to achive this ?

1. Define Carter-CharterPOC-Work- CR case type as child case type in case type defination of Carter-CharterPOC-Work-OR.

2. In the same setup, enable manual instantiation of CR from OR.

3. On OR case, go to Actions menu, and you will find an option to create CR case.
