I want to know how to create multiple child cases along with data transform ??(Detailed Explanation)

Hi,
we can create multiple child using a smart shape in case management.
1. Go to case designer
2. Add create new case
3. select Create multiple cases using a list check box then it populates list field option
4. In list field give page list
prerequisite : we must form page list before we reach create new case
we can form page list using data transform also

yeah i have created similar. But there no assignments visible and need to route these assignments to one of the property in pagelist. If possible can you help me with a simple example, share your screenshots here.
