Smart Disputes - Pre-Arbitration: CB Value Adjusted by MC - Previously Attached Extra Document Removed
Scenario
- Foreign Pre-Arbitration
- Case is routed to Exception Queue (for what ever reason)
- When a user works the case, any original extra documents attached to the case have been removed
- User working the case may not have access to the original extra documents
Question: Why is Smart Disputes removing the extra attached documents in this scenario?
