Click on hyperlink in email, displays login screen again instead of work object
In our application, we are sending email to users with workobject hyperlink. When user clicks on hyperlink, they should see workobject as we have setup SSO using OKTA but instead it shows login screen again. Can someone help with this?

@GiridharanVenkat We use work link fragment only but it does not automatically authenticate the user via SSO instead user has to login again to access the workobject

When you open your work/assignment, make sure to compare the url in the email to the actual link. Furthermore, the beginning part of the url will vary depending on the URL of your application's SSO. I hope these steps to fix problems will help you find the main reason for the issues.
