Pdf file attached to the case ,i am facing some issue.
Hi guys,
I am able to attach the pdf to case,
But issue was for that particular case more than 2 pdfs attached at the same time. Pdf name was same but contact of pdf is different.
actually, I checked in database Aswell there also same issue.
How to resolve this issue, please help me.
Actually, I fetch that pdf to external system. that pdf i attached the case.
Actually, I used a job scheduler for that activity.

@kirti So can explain clearly what action you are looking to do, if you have question have attachments are getting attached and not lock on case its possible, as each attach document can act as its own case if you are using pega-social class and if its an instance of Data-WorkAttach it will still be same as OOTB we allows to attach documents and not lock the case as attaching documents is still available in review mode as default.
