I am facing issue closing the screen for some users.?
Hi Guys,
Actually, I am login as admin.i opened report module and work on that close the screen it's working fine.
But when i login as another user like manger and billing manger same screen not close, I try trace that but nothing to show in tracer also.

@kirti it is not clear what you are doing.
Are you on a Report Browser?
How are you trying to close the screen?
What are the symptoms?
Did you run a browser trace?
Can you please carry out a PSC search for your issue ('replace current harness does not close') and see if this has come up in previous posts?

This is dynamic screen I need to close the screen go to another harness. So, I used to replace current harness.
when i login as admin it's close properly, when i login another user like manger or billing manger it's not close.

@kirti thanks for the clarification. You're sure there are no errors or indicators about specific activities or permissions in your logs?
If no other users on the forum can provide advice, could I suggest that you log a support incident on the MSP and let us know the INC reference so that we can help track it?
