Send Notification.
When the operator as submitted the application that he has to get the notification that operator application has been submitted. what should be the recipient type.

@KURMAS73The recipient type field in a notification rule can either be OperatorID, or EmailID. For external users, you can use EmailID. For users that have an operator in Pega, you can user OperatorID.
Of course, you need to verify that the recipient property refers to an actual e-mail address or operator ID.
