I have a task every day to send notifications to the user. How can I do this, provided that I have neither a case nor a button to launch. I tried to use an agent, but he doesn’t do anything.
Through "prsysmgmt / getnodes.action" looked, displays actions, but there is no result, letters do not come

Tell me how to make an agent at all, I did it according to how described on the Pega site, but it still does not work. Writes what is running, it shows that actions are performed but nothing comes. (agent running activity SendSimpleEmail)
