The certificate details and password for a Certificate Signing Request will be private to you and your organization. It is a file that gets sent to a Certificate Authority who will in turn provide you with a Signed Certificate.
Here is an explanation from an example Certificate Authority, DigiCert:

Each Certificate Authority will have different requirements for the generated CSR.
It looks like that link I provided earlier (CSR Creation | Create Certificate Signing Request | DigiCert) has some good resources about generating CSRs on different platforms.

With apple, you need to have a developer account (with appleid) with certain level to distribute applications. So, it is not free.

Hi
Here's a comparison of Apple Dev Programs: Choosing a Membership - Support - Apple Developer.
Easiest thing is to apply as an individual - 99$ per year and that's it. Applications will be signed with your personal name.
Second option is to apply as a legal entity, but you need to use (or obtain first) your organisation's D-U-N-S number. In this case applications will be signed with your legal entity name. This type of account works as an 'umbrella' allowing you to easily create multiple developer accounts inside. There are two flavours of it - Developer (99$ per year) - where you want to distribute apps via App Store, and Enterprise Developer (299$ per year) - where you can not publish apps to App Store, but you have unique ability to quickly distribute apps to your employees.

not sure, you should follow the google link to see. I imagine there may be possibility of trial period for development. Ultimately, it will not be free if you want to deploy your apps into production.
