My worklist in Home screen became empty all of sudden
Hello,
I don't know from when this issue started to happen, but recently my assignments stopped being displayed in my worklist. This used to be displayed before, though. I do have some assignments, but system shows "No work found" as below.
Question #1. How can I fix this issue?
Question #2. Why does this issue start to happen all of sudden? What exactly is the trigger? Is this a bug?

@CloeW938 There is no existing bug for this. (You can check Resolved Issues for 8.8.3 here). This will be specific to your configuration.
Did you check your log files?
Assignments may disappear from a user's worklist due to several reasons, such as:
- Incorrectly defined work group or team for the operator who created the case or assignment.
- The operator is part of a team that does not have correctly defined work queues.
- Cases or assignments have been transferred to another user, work queue, or team.
- The assignment has been completed or withdrawn.
To troubleshoot this issue, you can follow these steps:

To troubleshoot this issue, you can follow these steps:
- In Dev Studio, go to Configure > Org & Security > Organization > Operators.
- Find and open the operator whose assignments are not showing in the My Worklist queue.
- On the Work tab, check the team selected in the Team field.
- Log in to Pega 1:1 Operations Manager as a user with the your overlay application:TeamLead access group.
- In the left navigation pane, click My Teams.
- Ensure that the appropriate work queues have been added to each team.
For existing cases created under the wrong work group, either withdraw and recreate them or manage them without using the My worklist widget, by opening the cases directly from the Change Request landing page.

There are no error logs. I understand that this issue is somehow related to Workgroup but can you please be more specific what must be configured to my Workgroup in my case? Below is the screenshot of current configuration.

@CloeW938 this work group is default one. You can create your application specific work group and work queue for that work by clicking the gear icon itself.

@CloeW938 Please validate the D_PortalContextGlobal.pyActiveWorkGroup value, The worklist filtered based on ActiveWorkGroup and validate your operator ID mapped as manager ID in the workQueue. If Yes please remove your OP ID in the manager ID, Then flush the D_ManagerWorkGroups and D_PortalContextGlobal then validate.
