Case is assigned in worklist but not visible in worklist section in portal
hi there please could someone help me
I have a case getting created through API and I assign the case through addowkrobjectparty - the case is getting routed to the correct user and also has a record appropriately in Assign-Worklist BUT the case is not visible in the home portal of Worklist assignment section
I have not modified any records - pls could someone help me understand the reason?
