Issue with pega docs portal

Hi everyone,

I am facing a weird issue where notification is popping up every 3 seconds. Pop up notification says, "Your PDF job failed. Please restart it.". PFA screenshot.

Does anyone know how to stop this notification?

Hi @PraveenkumarN9639,

To clear the notification, please do the following:

  • Close the tab in your browser where you are accessing docs.pega.com
  • Clear your cache and history (in Chrome this is located under More Tools > Clear Browsing Data)
  • Select the option to clear cookies and cached images and files, then clear your data.
  • Restart your browser.

Please let us know if the issue persists after performing the above steps.

I'm not able to reproduce what you're seeing. Have you tried using a different browser and/or safe/incognito mode?

I will forward your request to our Docs team to see if anyone else has also had this same issue.
