Agents are getting Frozen
Agents are getting frozen in our production region once in a week. When we try to stop and start it again it's not changing unless our nodes are been restarted.
We analyzed our SMA node logs but there are no specific errors related to it.
Any idea on this issue will be helpful.

Possible solution might be to use the Agent Management landing page to monitor, control, and manage agents. You can start, stop, or restart agents from this page.
To access the Agent Management landing page, you must have the PegaRULES:SysOpsObserver role. To perform all available actions on agents, for example, to start or stop an agent, and configure email notifications on agent failure, you must also have the PegaRULES:SysOpsAdministrator role.
If you have already tried stopping and starting the agents from the Agent Management landing page and it did not work, you may need to restart the nodes.
It is also recommended to check the status of the agents and see if there are any exceptions or errors. You can do this by viewing the list of agents on the Agent Management landing page and checking the exception details for each agent.

In agent management landing page only agents time was not getting updated even though we are performing start and stop actions.
We want to know why its getting frozen and its working after node restart as we are not getting any clues in log files.
