@Ashwin Case Completion prediction in Process AI is driven by an adaptive model. When you create a prediction for case management, you can select 'Case completion' as the outcome. This adaptive model helps predict the probability of successful case completion, which can be used to prioritize cases or optimize work. You can integrate the prediction into your case types and use it in decision steps, assignment steps, or change-to-a-stage steps to optimize case automation.

Before you begin:

• Ensure that decision nodes are present in your system. For more information, see Pega Process AI installation.
• Create a Prediction that you want to use. For more information, see Creating predictions for case management.

Note: Predictions that you create in Prediction Studio with the Case Type as subject are automatically added to the Data Model of the Case Type, and populate in the Prediction list.

Note: Only the Prediction output fields that you configured in Prediction Studio appear in the Prediction output fields section.
