How to capture customer response to an offer on click of button "Accept" in Decisioning . Any OOTB rules in decisioning to apply this functionality.?

Please go through the Pega Academy mission Always-on Outbound Customer Engagement. The module Defining an action for outbound contains a lesson Creating an email treatment, which explains how to add the Accept button to an email treatment. When the customer clicks this button, a response is sent from the email client to Pega Customer Decision Hub, which records an offer acceptance in the Interaction History.

@Guru Deshkulkarni, If it is Real-time Inbound channel, you can use the delayed learning approach to capture the response for the Decision already made.
