Unable to change to alternate stage when SLA exists on the current stage

I have requirement like after goal and deadline completed stage is change to alternate stage. I have created SLA for that what will be when rule condition for process start

Hi @DhanshreeI,

Once the goal/deadline is reached the specified action will be executed it's not always mandatory to define when rule. If you want to execute an action conditionally then you will need to define when rule.
