Unable to Start Robot from Robot Manager
Unexpected event occurred when I registered a terminal to PegaRobotManager. After reviewing the following reference materials, we copied the various XML files, RpaSchedule.json, etc. for users who have already registered their terminals in RobotManager and placed them in the respective directories specified (in order to use the same URL and other settings on the server). As a result, we confirmed that the terminal appears on RobotManager. However, the terminal is still "Starting" in CurrentActivity on RobotManager and cannot be used.
When I excute "OpenSpan.Runtime", it refresh like this.
If you know how to improve this issue, we would appreciate it if you could provide us with a solution.

@WEIC5607 I would examine the RPA Service log as well as the RuntimeLog (enable the FilePublisher and set all categories to verbose or level 4 if you have not). That might shed some light on your issue. I would suspect there is something there that the logs would show.

@ThomasSasnett Sorry,I checked the Package Server URL .The Package Server URL was wrong, I changed the Package Server URL in RuntimeConfig.xml and was able to start Runtime.Thanks for your response
