Robot Manager Autobalancing
Hello Community,
I would like to ask you about autobalancing functionality. In our case we have a robot which should be switching between 3 workgroups, in all workgrous the autobalancing feature is allowed and we have set also correctly the pyGetCandidateWorkGroupListByDispatchOperator decision table so robot can switch between the workgroups.
It happend sometimes that when robot does not have a tasks to perform in one workgroup then it tries to logout from the VDI but actually the log out is not successful, in robot manager we see that it tries to logout but eventually it stays (green) online, then it does not try that second time and robot stays idle without switching workgroup.
It there please some setting maybe in robot runtimeconfig.xml to support logout, so robot tries to logout maybe more times, or have someone experienced this ?
for example when I use schedule functionality in robot manager to to support moving robot into another workgroup and I schedule moving of robot into another workgroup, this work fine and robot then moves.
But we would like to really use just autobalancing, any ideas pls ?
