Unable to start the robot from robot pega robot manager

We are trying to start the service for PEGA robot manager but after some time it's as time out error in robot manager.

When we check the PegaService log and find out the below issues was thrown

User login credentials aren't available

We have provide the correct credentials in credmgr

I suspect that you might have missed a step in the setup as there are a fair amount of steps to the process. You might check the first article below for the steps required to add and check the credentials. Based on your description, that is what I would first look for.
