Updating a workobject
How to update the data in the Workobjects.
Requirements:
Workobjects data should be updated with the contents of body of an email.
Updation should be processed only when customerID which is in the subject of the email is equal to Customer ID in the Workobject.
No new case ID should be created.

Hi @DivyaM32, In first step you have to give property -Set and pass the pzInskey. After that in second step add Obj-Open-By-Handle and pass the Key that you have passed in the first step.Next add the property-Set and map the properties which you want to update.
