Creating workobject
We have content on a notepad like a name- XYZ, [email protected] once we upload that document using the button the work object should get created on the portal.
Can someone suggest the steps, please
Looking for the notepad.

I guess you want to create a case after uploading .txt file, with the values from the text file right?
Where you will be uploading this file? In a case attachment? or Remote location?

Look like it is CSV format.
1. Create datatype and load the data in data type
2. Add an additional column to maintain in data type to maintain - work object creation status
3. Create an agent to read the data from data type and create work object
4. Once the work object is created, the agent should update work object creation column status so that it will not pick the same record again
5. When agent reads the data from datatype, it should read the records based on work object creation status
