This error is appearing for all users of the application when clicking on the circle that corresponds to the user, so it does not allow the current user to log out, including the developer

This is the generic blue screen when there is an exception during the execution process. Could you please check the pega rules log and the tracer to find the root cause.
As per the usecase, this issue is coming when trying to logout. Please check if there are any customisations done in this area.
