We are getting frequent error - Error There has been issue; please consult your system administrator when accessing application. This error is not for single requestor, we are getting loads of log error of passivated pages at single time. Some of observation- 1. Some requestors was idle more than 30 min. 2. Some requestors received error when not idl; one requestor is not able to access operator id while working in environment.
At same time we got loads of passivated error for many pages in log; below mentioned-
cannot restore passivated page pyActionInfo/ pyDocuments/ pyPortal/ RunRecordPrimaryPage/ D_GetOperatorDetails/pyDisplayharness/ D_pxUserDashboard and many more..
Work Around we find- cache delete/ incognito mode browser environment is working fine.
But what is the permanent solution, as this issue is happening frequently.

@Susmita@17 Hi, Greetings. Did you try shutting the instances, clear the temporary cache, and then restart the instances in the cluster? If the requestors passivation is happening to a disk, it is worth trying this.

@KOMARINA Hi Bharat yes i tried and it is working fine after clearing cache and i already mentioned the workaround. But this issue is happening very frequently for all my team members as well. like once or twice in a day every team member [idle/ not idle] is facing the issue. Whoever is idle for some time they are facing this issue also. So is there any solution there? Do we need to check internal code?

@Susmita@17 There are sessions passivated on disk, please try to delete all of them. Also worth revisiting settings of timeouts at System
