Error There has been issue; please consult your system administrator when accessing application
We are getting frequent error - Error There has been issue; please consult your system administrator when accessing application. This error is not for single requestor, we are getting loads of log error of passivated pages at single time. Some of observation- 1. Some requestors was idle more than 30 min. 2. Some requestors received error when not idl; one requestor is not able to access operator id while working in environment.
At same time we got loads of passivated error for many pages in log; below mentioned-
cannot restore passivated page pyActionInfo/ pyDocuments/ pyPortal/ RunRecordPrimaryPage/ D_GetOperatorDetails/pyDisplayharness/ D_pxUserDashboard and many more..
Work Around we find- cache delete/ incognito mode browser environment is working fine.
But what is the permanent solution, as this issue is happening frequently.
