Get the value of user complete the stage
hi , I have stage A,B,C,D and I would like to send an email to user after stage C and specified the user name completed stage C. May i know what's the property i should use?

@WeiPingT Hi, You will find certain properties in pyWorkPage, pxUpdateOperator - Operator ID & pxUpdateOpName - Operator Full Name.

@WeiPingT Please try this option , create a property StageDCompletedUser and use that in the post processing Activity or Data transform of the flow action and set the value from operator id page (OperatorID.pyUserIdentifier) and use this property in your correspondence rule.

@WeiPingT OOTB, the Resolve activity is used to set resolved properties. pyResolvedUserID is already available, but as you said, pyResolvedUserName or equivalent is not. Maybe you can suggest creating an extension point in a seperate DT called from Resolve to set additional properties. Otherwise, there are some OOTB examples aswell. For example, setResolvedUserName (CS-Social:07-31-01) which is a bit similar to what MITHUN.P suggests.
Some other options I can think of:

- Use a declare trigger to check if a case reaches a status or statuses to update a custom property
- Use a report in an implementation class with an inner join on a history class so that only resolved cases are retrieved, and join OperatorID.pyUserName with this
