Advanced configuration

There is a problem with the platform when you click on a Decision shape. Instead of giving the options for configuration in the side panel, a message that says "This shape has advanced configuration set at Process rule form. Open the process containing this shape to view and configure" appears in the panel. The normal configuration options in the side panel are "When" (with 2 dropdowns), "Go to" (1 dropdown) and "Otherwise go to" (1 dropdown). I have yet to find a way to configure these options from the flow diagram.

@Satish Sudagoni this image comes from clicking on a Decision Shape. is there anyway to unlock it?

This has appeared in the configuration panel after clicking on a Decision Shape. Is there anyway to unlock it? The Process modelar is also locked. If there were a way to configure the Shape from the Dev Studio flow diagram, that would be most helpful.

Hi @RichardM5320

 

The decision shape which you selected is already modified in the flow rule, that is the reason you see it is locked.

Click on the Open process. it opens the flow rule.  If the rule is in check-in. click on check out. 

double click or right click on the Decsion shape in the flow rule to invoke the rule as per your requirement.
