Real time container is inactive

Hi, I have changed the PegaNBAM:Agents access group to refer to my implementation application as the real time container rule associated in NBA designer (channels tab) was inactive and I recalled this was a required step. However, after updating and saving the access group, logging out and in, the real time container is still inactive. Any thoughts? Thanks!

Hi Andrew,

You would need to refresh 2 data pages - D_ContainerActiveProg and D_ContainerConfig. These data pages gets validated in 24 hours. since you posted this 5 days ago, I am assuming these data pages would have been refreshed ad showing correct data.

@RaghuShankhawaram issue was resolved with a server restart (data page refreshed on first load) but good to know these are the two data pages to focus on in the event we have a new server config and need to refresh the containers' active/inactive status
