Error while installing pega 8.7

Hi Team,

I have download Pega 8.7 Personal edition version successfully. Trying to install that download version after completing i have got an error like "The Process Finished  Unsuccessfully" and "Use logs to  find the cause, then correct and run again" popup box displayed.

Can you please help me as soon as possible.
