Simulation Run - ExplainDetails reports are blank

Hi Team, 

We are running simulations of type decision funnel, and recently all of our expliandetails reports (drill down views) are blank. I see that records being written to that destination , when I check the component statistics. 

Unable to find a report that actually pulls out the data for prioritization drill down view, so that I can check manually.

Any pointers are much appreciated.

Hi @ChandraKanumuru.
Given your description of the issue I think there might be an issue with saving the data for the reports.
We can have a screen share about that and figure out what's happening
The reports themselves are all internal rules and hence normally not visible to end customer.

@dangm  Thanks for the reply. How can we have a screen share? should we raise an SR?
