Unable to create case from Data Flow

HI,

I am trying to create a case from Data Flow, but is not creating. Below are the details

I have a Data Flow with Source as a Kafka Data Set that receives messages as JSON.

Destination has been configured to Case with the Case Type. 

After executing Case has not been created. Any thoughts?
