Unable to configure Pre Chat Quetions to Chat Queues
Hi ,
Any one can help on the configuration of Pre chat questions to Chat Queues.

I am having same issue. OOTB questions that are already there do not show and creating a new question does not show either.

It looks as though the implementation will not inherit flows for config or report definition from pegaca it is in the inhertance path however.
Building a flow in our SS implementation allowed it to be selected in queue config but it would not allow simple questions directly. I put a conversation flow inside the new flow and that allowed either flow to be selected. We selected the inner flow directly.
Self Service implementation is built on Pega Self-service and Customer Service implementation is built on Pega customer service. We have 8.7.1 for both platform and customer service.
