Pega upgrade from 8.3.6 to Pega 8.6

We are planning to upgrade our application from 8.3.6 which is on cloud currently to Pega 8.6.x.

What are basic things we need to do since it is basic platform upgrade and we are not adopting any new features. We have listed down normal activities, but is there any Pega 8.6 specific things to highlight. Like security or any descoped functionality.
