Work- .UpdateUrgency flow action

I need to increase the urgency in my application using a decision table. Can I do this using the UpdateUrgency flow action? How do I configure it?

@DianaC24 - You can update the "pyUrgencyWorkAdjust" property to increase the urgency of the case. In the UrgencyUpdate flow action this is given as user input. You can have your own flow action or have your own utility where you can have a decision table. Output of the decision table can be set to "pyUrgencyWorkAdjust" property which will then bump up the case urgency.
