Clipboard looks distorted

Whenever I access clipboard it looks distorted since the past few days. 

Have tried the below things: 1) Clearing browser history completely

2) Logging off and logging in back into my PEGA Personal Edition

3) Restarting my laptop

 

But none of these have worked. Please let me know how this issue could be resolved.

@TashikaS - Please find the answers below:

Is the issue replicable in Incognito mode also? -Yes, I have tried replicating in Incognito mode and even there when I use clipboard I have the same issue. Clipboard UI is distorted.

Are you having Cosmos or UIKIT referred in your application? - I have used Cosmos for the application that I have created in my personal edition.

Have you upgraded recently? - No
