AES distorted view
Hi All,
We have setup AES about an year ago and it was up and running (even though it was quite slow). But off late we are observing that the view is distorted. I have attached the screenshot, please let me know if anyone faced this kind of issue before and how it got resolved.
Note: We are using pega 7.1.7

Satya

Hi satyakanth,
This could be caching related issue.
Have you tried the following?
- stop the application server.
- Delete the files from the temp directory including marker file (Pega 7.1.7).
- Restart the application server.
Thanks,
Susan

- Truncate the below tables from the database:
- pr_sys_appcache_dep

Thank you for your response Susan!
I'll ask our DBA to perform these steps as I don't have write access to DB. Will let you know once done.

Hello Susan,
We truncated all the tables but even then the problem persists. And in the logs we had plenty of exceptions as following-
Open during urgency update failed for assignment ASSIGN-INTERNAL PEGAAES-WORK-ACTION DB-20713!PZINTERNALCASEFLOW
And in PDN I also found this link - https://collaborate.pega.com/question/question-article-aes-error-opeaes-error-open-during-urgency-update-failed-assignmentn
So, raised an SR for the same.
