On Browser Refresh Create Case Mash Up is creating new case every time
We have implemented Mash Up in .Net Portal to create new case on click of a button in .Net Portal. It is working fine for case creation but there is one issue business reported.
User created a case(Case# is generated) and started filling data, then before submitting the case if he refresh the browser it will create new case every time with new case # instead of showing him the case which he is working on. Is there any parameters or setting to control this? or do we need to handle it from .net side?
