Exporting Entire Case to PDF
Our Business Team need to export the entire case details along with attachments on the case into a zip file and download it to their local machine. Moreover business needs check box in the search results so that they can download multiple cases at a time. So the downloaded zip file should contain files case wise.
Is it possible to convert entire case into PDF, case contains attachments as well. So all the case details along with the attachments should be downloaded into local machine?
Is there any OOTB option? we are using 7.3.1 version.

@KiranKumarS3582 You need to write your own rules to generate PDF and zip file with all the attachments. I did some work on creating zip file which is mentioned here https://collaborate.pega.com/question/creating-zip-file-reusable-component
I would reconsider your need to generate zip file with all the search result cases, this can be a very resource-intense process and one would argue how often is this required. The whole point of a system is so that it is referred to as a single source of truth instead of letting users download or create copies of the information.
