Task APIs (related to Workforce Intelligence)

In a presentation recording made to my company, a presenter mention using Task APIs also could be used in lieu of workflow tags. How do Task APIs work and what are the requirements to setting them up?

The Task API provides an alternative to Workflow tags and can be used in conjunction with workflow tags. This API provides a more precise method of capturing workflows, however, it does require some setting up on the client side. The NFCU's COE has setup a Task API discussion on 05/05/2021. Please reach out to them, so that they can add you to the discussion.
