Pega Dev Environment is too slow

I am working on Pega Dev environment, and it is quite slow. I have cleared my cache (deleted browser history, switched to Private mode, log off and log in multiple times), still the Pega Dev environment is very slow to load and screen freeze multiple time. What can be the possible reasons for this behavior and how can I resolve it, as it is happening very often?

Hi! 

Same thing here, but it is intermittent. We are using Google Chrome on Windows 10, with Pega 7.3. It's usually quite fast but when the problem happens, going from "tab" to "tab" takes 4-5 seconds, sometimes up to 10 seconds. From the same computer and same user, we can open Pega Designer Studio with Microsoft Edge (with chromium) and it's fast, so it doesn't like a server issue. Restarting Windows makes Pega Designer Studio fast again in Google Chrome. 

According to many Pega developers here, this problem happens more often since the latest Windows 10 upgrade.
