Facebook Bot is not responding

Hi All,

We are trying to implement Facebook chat-bot integration with Pega.

We have done the below steps:

1) Created channel using App Studio

2) Created a Page in FB and registered the app in Facebook for Developers.

3) Generated Token and configured webhooks, subscriptions etc. in registered app.

4) Configured Behaviour and Connection Tab in Channel.

Now, while testing the functionality, not getting the response from the messanger-bot.

We are using Pega 8.5.2 and Facebook v9 Component.

 

Any help would be needful. Thanks!
