How to run Batch Process rule?

I have created a batch process rule and I would like to know from where I can run it.

It is for Pega 8.5

I have followed the steps described in Pega help

(https://community.pega.com/sites/default/files/help_v722/procomhelpmain.htm)

to implement a batch process, and I have configured the report, activity, size and when rule. Now, from where I can run it?, because I cannot see the option in Action button as you can see the screenshot attached

Is it only to be used from Data Flow in Decisioning?
